STATE OF THE ART DESIGN
Helical "twisted" lobes combined with the unique triangular tuned inlet and outlet ports produce lower pulse characteristics. As a result, users can expect quieter performance with the adde assurance of extended blower life. The noise reduction is a staggering 4-7 dba over similar sized straight lobe blowers. |
SUPERIOR RELIABILITY
Oversized spherical roller bearings and a larger diameter shaft combine to give the HF-616 & 624 the highest overhung load capacity in their class, a monstrous 13,500 in-lbs, the closest competitor is 7,975 in-lbs!
Solid, high strength ductile iron rotors, balanced to ISO Grade 6.3 are housed in a single piece cylinder with integral fins for superior structural integrity and better heat dissipation. The HF-624 is rated at 12 psig vs Roots at 10 psig and both the HF-616 & 624 have a temperature rise limit of 250F vs Roots at 230F.

Helical timing gears are mounted with expanding grip rings that compress on the shaft for a secure mechanical shrink fit resulting in continuous accurate gear alignment. Dual splash oil lubrication at both the gear end and the shaft end of the pump mean longer life and reduced service intervals. Advanced piston ring design with 1 air and 2 oil seals provide leak-free operation.

24/30 WARRANTY
The Heliflow warranty is a testament to the robust and durable design. The standard warranty period is 30 months from shipment or 24 months from startup which ever comes first.
