Quiet Enclosed

Our Quiet Enclosed packages provide the maximum level of noise control. For applications with less stringent noise control requirements our Silenced packages may be used. The two package styles below include inlet and discharge silencing as well as a surrounding enclosure to absorb sound energy and provide a noise barrier.

Clam Shell Enclosed

A B-Series package with silencers placed inside an enclosure. Generally, they are used in smaller 2 to 20 HP sizes. As the name depicts, the top is hinged and lifts off just like a clam allowing full access for service and inspection. Ventilation flow is through louvers mounted on the side.

Q Series

This is basically an SB Series package inside a steel enclosure. A structural steel frame is fabricated around the SB package. The panels are 2” thick steel lined with 4# density mineral wool, and have a perforated metal interior skin. They are attached to the frame with quarter turn latches for quick easy access.
